Your architect provides the vision; our responsibility is to make it work on the house standing in front of us. We coordinate the groundworks, structural openings, roofing, glazing and specialist trades, paying particular attention to the points where old and new meet. Existing houses can reveal surprises once work begins. When they do, we explain the options and agree the way forward with you.

We know life continues around the project. We plan access and the most disruptive stages carefully, keep work areas contained where practical and make sure you know what is coming next. As the structure takes shape, we bring the same care to floor levels, materials and final finishes, so the completed extension feels coherent and the build itself is well managed.
