Making the space work
Before work begins, we review the drawings with you and look closely at the staircase, usable headroom, roof windows and storage. These decisions shape how naturally the new rooms connect with the rest of your home.
Building the structure
A loft conversion generally calls for new floor joists, structural steelwork and alterations to the roof. Depending on the design, we may also build a dormer. We plan the sequence, coordinate the trades and take care around the parts of your home you continue to use.
Finishing with care
Insulation, plastering, carpentry and any bathroom work bring the structure into everyday use. We pay attention to the fitted details and the points where new work meets the existing house, so the finished loft feels considered throughout.
